Your Role & Area of Focus
This is a field-based role which you will plan, manage your diary travelling across Lambourn, "The Valley of the Racehorse," and the surrounding South West England regions. Here, you will connect with existing racing yards and breeding operations, also new prospect clients offering unmatched nutritional solutions and exceptional service tailored to their needs.
As part of your induction and training, you will also engage in office-based activities and shadowing experiences outside of the South West region.
What We are Looking For?
We are searching for a candidate who:
- Lives and breathes the Thoroughbred racing and breeding industry, with a minimum of five years practical thoroughbred experience.
- Is highly motivated, flexible, enterprising, and driven to uphold the values and reputation of the brand.
- Has excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and invested in their client’s success.
- Demonstrates organisational prowess, tech literacy, and strategic thinking to manage a busy schedule with precision.
- Is ready to contribute to the company’s growth, including marketing and media activities alongside the Marketing creative team.
